Changes to IC³ Online Exam Procedures |

| Due to security concerns Certiport has changed the way IC³ Online exams are delivered. iQcenters must perform the steps below before they will be able to start an online exam. The Organization Administrator must complete the following: | ||
| 1 | Log on to www.certiport.com as Organization Administrator. | |
| 2 | Click the Create Shortcut to Launch Online Exams link in the right hand column. | |

| 3 | In Step 1 select the appropriate Testing Center. | |
| 4 | Select the default language to use in Step 2. | |
| 5 | Click the Generate Link button. | |
| 6 | Drag and drop the Certiport Online Exams shortcut to your desktop. | |

| 7 | Click the Close button to exit the Create Shortcut To Launch Online Exams screen. | |
| All IC³ online exams must be launched using the new shortcut you created. | ||
