Scheduled iQsystem Update

Certiport has released an iQsystem update that improves the overall test delivery experience.

This update is available via iQupdate (1MB in size) in all languages and should take just a few minutes to complete if you have a high-speed Internet connection.

Please install the update on all your computers that run iQsystem before delivering exams. If you have a group testing event scheduled, please make sure you have enough time to complete this update on each computer before your testing event.

Instructions

Organization Administrators should follow the steps below to install iQsystem updates:

  1. Download and install the update(s) on each testing center computer with iQsystem installed. To do this, simply double-click the iQsystem Tools icon
  2. Log in with your administrator username and password (this is the same username and password you use to log in to www.certiport.com).
  3. Once logged in, the iQsystem Update dialog box will open with directions for downloading the available update(s). Click the Continue button at the bottom to begin downloading available updates.
  4. When finished, an iQsystem alert box will open. Click OK. The update is now complete.
  5. Click Close to close the update dialog box.
