Vanessa Knox
Vanessa joined CCI in 1995 and was appointed Vice President of Sales in 2006. She is responsible for leading CCI’s North American sales team and for all international sales and distribution activity.
Vanessa’s experience covers every aspect of CCI’s selling activities and she is the principal architect of CCI’s present sales team. She has spearheaded CCI’s success as a provider of innovative and comprehensive solutions that truly meet customers’ needs to offer successful training programs. In championing CCI’s consultative approach to building long term relationships with its customers, she has also gained experience of a wide variety of cultures in many countries and finding unique solutions that meet their local requirements. For many years, Vanessa has been a principal contributor to CCI’s product development program, participating in the team’s conceptualization of proposed products and changes and ensuring that the solutions CCI creates truly meet and anticipate its customers’ needs.
